How to Set Up a New CastleCMS Site

The sequence of steps to take on a new CastleCMS site

Set up the outbound mail server (click on gear menu -> Site Setup -> Mail)
Create users (click on gear menu -> Site Setup -> Users and Groups)
Make the Users (Members) folder private (navigate to the /Members folder, which shows up as "Users" in the portal tabs, then click the State: Published button, and Retract (or Reject)
Hide the Users (Members) folder from the portal tabs (navigate to /Members folder, click Edit, click Settings tab, check the box "Exclude from navigation", press Save)
Change the front-page
